Hello!, many customers are asking us if it is possible to ship our products to countries not listed on our shipping platform. The FAQs are as follows:
- “can you ship to the United States for our products?”.
The answer is: Yes, we can. As well as almost any country in the world. Canada, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Argentina, Hong Kong, Soth Africa…. In fact, in all these countries already have BudoBags in many of their Dojos.
In the coming weeks we will be implementing the system for shipments to countries outside Europe. We will start with USA and Canada.
- But. “It is not possible to manage the purchase from the website”.
Yes, this is true. The great variability in international shipping costs have not made it possible to automatically manage this type of shipment. For this reason, we must manage each purchase individually by email (info@urufu.com). This way we can always offer the best shipping cost for each customer.
- “How should we order a purchase by e-mail?”
Well. You just need to provide us (to info@urufu.com) with a shipping address and a contact telephone number. These data are provided to the courier company at the time of shipment. Of course, you must also tell us which Urufu Shop products you want.
We will then send you a quotation with all the data.
- “How do we make the payment in an email management?”
You can make the payment by card through the Stripe platform or through PayPal. For this you will find a payment link (Stripe) in the quote file, or our PayPal account, where you can make the payment. We can also send you a request via PayPal.
- How long does it take for the package to arrive?
We always hire the service of companies that offer a shipping time of 24h to 72h from the time they pick up the package at our facilities. In some cases they usually take one or two days more due to the work of the customs offices.
